Foul Medammes

Serves 3



  1. Drain the warm fava beans.
  2. Put in a bowl.
  3. Mix garlic, lemon juice and 1/2 quantity of oil.
  4. Add to beans and mix well.
  5. Garnish with parsley and olive oil.
  6. Serve with spring onions and tomatoes.
